Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How much does Pum-Crete cost? A: It depends on the dimensions of your home (how much Pum-Crete you'll need), the height of the panels required, and your location (shipping costs). With information on your house provided to us through our Contact Us page, we will be happy to provide you a personalized quote. Q: Is Pum-Crete available in my area? A: For areas that we serve, check our Availability page. However, through special arrangements, we can provide shipping virtually anywhere in the continental U.S.. Q: Are there Pum-Crete installers in my area? A: We do not currently have a nationwide installers network. We only install in Arizona and Southwestern New Mexico. However, we do have an installation video available which will assist you or a local contractor of your choosing to install Pum-Crete. Q: Who can install Pum-Crete? A: Anyone with a basic knowledge of hand tools can install Pum-Crete after watching our installation video. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we can provide assistance as necessary. Q: How hard is Pum-Crete to cut and handle? A: Pum-Crete can be cut with a regular worm drive saw equipped with a good quality segmented diamond blade, which we make available for purchase. For handling, Pum-Crete is considerably lighter than regular concrete. We recommend that users take their time and exercise caution when lifting panels. Q: Is Pum-Crete available in different colors? A: Pum-Crete is only available in concrete gray. Pum-Crete can, however, be painted to any color. We have found that regular exterior acrylic paint works well for that purpose.
